On the new years day of the 2008 two sisters Amina Said, 18, and her sister Sarah, 17 were shot dead in Irving, Texas in the back seat of a taxicab, on New Year’s Day. Police are searching for their father, Yaser Abdel Said, on a warrant for capital murder.
The father commits the crime because he felt they disgraced the family by dating non-Muslims and acting too Western, and she called the girls' murders an honor killing from the start.
The father who uses to work as taxi driver in Texas which very will know state by its liberal habits, policies and the application for Execution for certain crimes committed.
On October 14 of the same year, the FBI calls it for the first time the possibility of a honor killing.
Too many people who hear, read about this double homicide case especially the resident of Irving Texas were asking the question about the position that Islam stand from this kind of actions.
I would like to mention that the honor killing could take different way depend on the culture and the case, as example for some cultures the girl could be killed for honor if she married a man from different group or religion and this is possible in even non-Muslim group.
In Syria as example dorzi(ethinic group) could be killed if she married from outside their group, I know personally lots of them back in Syria and it’s not what people told me I am writing but what dorzi told me.
In some other countries like Syria, Jordan and Arabia saudia were the killing of honor is not all about honor but for incident I still remember that guy in Jordan kill his sister for heritage and claim it’s for honor to take advantage of the light sentence given by the civil law not Islamic, Islamic code sentence that this kind of murders punishable by death.
The tendency in the west to attach this kind of crimes to Islam and it’s great diving book(Koran) claiming the people committing this crime think that they could justify their action from Islamic code.
This is not true and the problem is people getting the advantage of law sentence setup by the civil law since the real Islam is rarely applied today even in Islamic countries.
Islam came with very obvious code regarding to the reserve of people blood as Muslims and non Muslims, in the last speech the prophet Mohammad(GBUH) gave before he die shortly he said in part of his speech: O people, your blood and honor are forbidden on you
The profit suna mention about his teaching that he said: It is not permissible to shed the blood of the Muslims except one of the three: unbelief after belief, adultery after being married, or killing a human being without he committing such similar act.
The Koran talks about the subject in several location providing full guidance for such cases.
In general, Islam as well as of the of it’s principle adopted maintaining the ethics and symptoms, and work to preserve, it establishes the principle of respect for human life, and prevent loss of life without the right as in the verse 6:151(Say to them: «Come: I will give you an account of all that Allah has forbidden:
a) You must not incorporate with Him other deities nor be unkind to the parents but commit them to your kind care,
b) You must not kill your children because of lack of means or, indigence; Allah provides for you and for them,
c) You must not commit yourselves to an evil line of conduct, is it apparent or real, committed openly or secretly or suggested secretly to the mind,
d) You must not deprive anyone of life, which Allah has made sacred, unless it be justified for a proved crime. These are injunctions enjoined by Allah and you are expected to submit to Allah's Authority and hopefully reflect)
It should be noted with attention and deep thinking that God is a Conjugate in this verse, the prohibition of commit immoral actions, visible and invisible, and the prohibition on abuse of self innocent by murder, which requires maintaining the ethics and values that prevent flagrante in sin, on the one side, with the need to refrain absolute for crimes against the person killing the innocent, regardless of the type of social or color or religion, on the other side God did not distinguish the prohibition to commit a felony murder between male and female, and make sure that in a number of other verses of Koran such as 6:32(By reason of this We ordained to Bani Isra‘il thus: «He who deprives an innocent life not implicated in homicide, corruption or mischief on earth, will have committed, as it were, massacre of all innocent people». «And he who preserves it and defends it will have protected, as it were, all innocent people». Our Messengers came to them equipped with clear signs to implement our statues, yet many among them continued to carry disobedience and mischief to excess)
The prophet in the sunna also confirm on the great sin of killing innocent person when he say: The killing of person who is given safety(person of covenant) would not smell the fragrance of paradise from a distance of forty years.
Islamic law does not allow any way to specifically relative to encroach on each other, and in the Holy Quran God singled out assault on the lives of female by their guardians with special denounce in the verse 81: 8-9(8- The entombed - alive female infant is asked,9- For what guilt was she made to suffer infanticide?)
If the burial of new born daughters was habit from the time of ignorance(before islam), many kinds of other killings come out of ignorance time had nothing to do with Islam, either closely or far from, and there is thus there is Prejudice on the great islam claiming to be sharing the responsibility of the perpetrator actions , simply because the perpetrator belongs to Islam by name or otherwise, as the lesson content-and work in the spirit of Islam and its provisions not by the names and titles.
Now I will move on to what will concern most of the people who read this article which is the Conditioning of this double homicide murder in the Islamic law.
God call such crimes committed as evil and whoever committed were foolish in 6:140(Losers indeed are those who foolishly and irreligiously committed the crime of infanticide, an evil wrought by want of thought. Who forbade the victuals provisioned for them; forging lies against Allah and criminally relating to Him falsehood. They have indeed erred and strayed and they missed the path of righteousness)
In the 24:68-69(68) The worshippers who do not invoke besides Allah another ilah nor do they deprive anyone of life Allah has made sacred, unless it be justified for a proved crime, nor do they commit adultery -in conduct-. He who commits himself to such an evil line of conduct shall pay heavily for these sinful acts(69) His punishment shall be doubled in Day of Judgment when he will have passed through nature to eternal suffering incensed by multiplied wrongs and humiliations.
We do need to notice here that god in this verse pair who worship other gods and don’t believe in god unity with killing innocent person without crime to justify this killing, sharing God unity and worshiping other gods is the ultimate and greatest sin could anybody ever committed so look how much Koran give attention the killing of the innocent people.
In 2: 178-179(O you who believe with faithful hearts, a prescriptive rule for retaliation is decreed for you to observe in the case of willful murder as thus: a free man enjoying civil liberty for a free man enjoying civil liberty, a servant divested of freedom and personal rights for a slave with identical circumstances, a woman for a woman of the same social position. But if a brother (co-religionist) is in a position to forgive, then forgiveness should go hand in hand with sound Judgment and the demands should be agreeable to reason as judged appropriate to the circumstances. And the blood guilty should answer the demand in good will, with liberality and generosity. This is an admission of relaxation advanced by Allah, your Creator, in mercy to you. But he who transgresses thereafter shall be put to the torment [178] O you people of understanding, you have a bond in the law of retaliation with restraining force putting a check on willful murder, redressing grievances, and conferring on you protection and security, that you may hopefully lift to Allah your inward sight and entertain the profound reverence dutiful to Him[179]
God mention the punishment for such committed crimes and mentioned that for the purpose of setting guidance for people why the such punishment setup
Now the case would be; under what condition the punishment for adultery will be applied and what is the Islamic code classified different scenarios and deal with it.
The condition of approving the adultery charge on the woman is four witnesses and this is mentioned in 24:4(And those who bring ill-fame upon virtuous women and do not support their accusation by four witnesses are offenders who must suffer for their offense. You flog them with the lash eighty strokes and deny them attestation in support of any matter whatsoever and forever, for such persons are indeed immoral and truly wicked)
The prophet makes comment on the four witness’s case when he received question by one of his followers which he was in this case Saad bin obada.
Narreted by Abu Hurayrah that Saad bin obada said: O Messenger of Allah! If I found man with my wife do I allow the time until I bring four witnesses? He said: Yes, Narrated by Muslim.

The punishment for adultery for married male or female would be stoned to death in public and for unmarried male or female could differ depend on the case.
The variety here came by the age since the female or the male could be underage and the other side could be adult which could be ending as rape case punishable by death if the girl makes complain supported by evidence.
The case of four witnesses and the detailed of the punishment in the case of the adultery is attached to the condition of confession by the accused person in most of the cases, now if this person was shameless to the way he allow four witnesses to watch him long enough to strengthen their testimony so he deserve the heavy punishment according to the Islamic law.

In short, Islam:
1. Rejects infringement on people's lives, male or female.
2. Rejects the murder suspicions and prejudices and moods.
3. Refuses to punish the crime before evidence of a conviction, or as much more than the limit set by religion.
4. Refuses to take the law into hands, and decides that the entity authorized to examine the conviction and resolution which is the judiciary.
5. Urged to exercise the values and ethics and keeping symptoms and away from the suspicions and the reasons for corruption and deviation.
6. Requests concerted community efforts at various levels to prevent from falling into the ropes of these crimes, which helps in achieving this end:
A - respect for the noble social values, particularly brought on by the divine religions in terms of preserving the symptoms, and prevent the wanton display and being alone illegal, and to avoid suspicion.
B - Set the nerves, and away from the moods ruling of the passion and desires when you take difficult decisions or implementation.
C - Bearing in mind piety and fear before taking the loss of life or self-defence of innocent infringement, the first is spent among people with blood, as stated in the saheeh Hadith
Now moving on to the part I love most because unfortunately that the people who criticize Islam such as Robert Spencer practicing regularly the fraud on people mind by ignoring what’s in their own book of the same subject.
The Old Testament talked about the virginity of the newly married girl and she will be stoned to death if the husband makes complain proven by evidence that she was not virgin when they married.
Deuteronomy 22:20 talked about that as it’s say:(If, however, the charge is true and no proof of the girl's virginity can be found, 21 she shall be brought to the door of her father's house and there the men of her town shall stone her to death. She has done a disgraceful thing in Israel by being promiscuous while still in her father's house. You must purge the evil from among you)
In the old testament under the section of adultery punishment in Deuteronomy 22:22(If a man is found sleeping with another man's wife, both the man who slept with her and the woman must die. You must purge the evil from Israel)
Deuteronomy 22:23-24([23] If a man happens to meet in a town a virgin pledged to be married and he sleeps with her, [24] you shall take both of them to the gate of that town and stone them to death—the girl because she was in a town and did not scream for help, and the man because he violated another man's wife. You must purge the evil from among you)
Deuteronomy 22:25-27([25] But if out in the country a man happens to meet a girl pledged to be married and rapes her, only the man who has done this shall die. [26] Do nothing to the girl; she has committed no sin deserving death. This case is like that of someone who attacks and murders his neighbour, [27] for the man found the girl out in the country, and though the betrothed girl screamed, there was no one to rescue her.
The case in the country side is different were in the city the punishment isn’t loose because the woman could ask for help were this is different in the countryside.
Jesus in the New Testament paste the adultery punishment in John 8:1-11([1] But Jesus went to the Mount of Olives. [2]At dawn he appeared again in the temple courts; where all the people gathered around him, and he sat down to teach them. [3]The teachers of the law and the Pharisees brought in a woman caught in adultery. They made her stand before the group [4] and said to Jesus, "Teacher, this woman was caught in the act of adultery. [5]In the Law Moses commanded us to stone such women. Now what do you say?" [6]They were using this question as a trap, in order to have a basis for accusing him.
But Jesus bent down and started to write on the ground with his finger. [7]When they kept on questioning him, he straightened up and said to them, "If any one of you is without sin, let him be the first to throw a stone at her." [8]Again he stooped down and wrote on the ground.
[9]At this, those who heard began to go away one at a time, the older ones first, until only Jesus was left, with the woman still standing there. [10]Jesus straightened up and asked her, "Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?"[11]"No one, sir," she said.
"Then neither do I condemn you," Jesus declared. "Go now and leave your life of sin."
The problem with Jesus paste the Law of Moses by something his own is considered not valid by lots of Jewish scholars since for them the violation of Moses law is punishable by death since they try to stone Jesus because he disagree with their law and claim he is the son of god.
Jesus also said in mathew 5:17(Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them) but what he did actually delete parts of moses law and after him paul came and delet all the law of moses and invent new religion called christianity.
As we read in John 10:31-35([31]Again the Jews picked up stones to stone him, [32]but Jesus said to them, "I have shown you many great miracles from the Father. For which of these do you stone me?"
[33]"We are not stoning you for any of these," replied the Jews, "but for blasphemy, because you, a mere man, claim to be God."
[34]Jesus answered them, "Is it not written in your Law, 'I have said you are gods'[e]? [35]If he called them 'gods,' to whom the word of God came—and the Scripture cannot be broken
Jesus appear in weak situation here where he had to leave the place some way or another because they were about to stone him which make the story of the adulteress woman brought for him in the temple not creditable story especially that Christian scholars such as Bart eherman admit that this story is added to Bible later in the time and it don’t exist in the oldest scripture discovered which is codex sianites.
As we read in Hebrew 10:28 that violation of Moses law is punishable by death (Anyone who rejected the Law of Moses died without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses.) and as we know that Paul were Pharisees before he accept the Christ after what he claim appearance on his way to Damascus.
Finally i do need to ask Mr Readers from their understanding of this article if the Islamic law would be applied on the cases of the two sister to justify such ugly act
